To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes having all original tags and packaging intact, and the item being unwashed and free from damage.
The following items are non-refundable:

- Final Sale items
- Sale items
- Pre-ordered items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to [10 business days] for the refund to be processed.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale and Pre-Ordered Items
Unfortunately, sale items and pre-ordered items cannot be refunded. However, they are eligible for exchange or store credit.
If you require an exchange, please send an email to [email protected]. After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will then proceed to send you the new order or store credit. Postage fees for exchange items are not covered by Vestige Story. Therefore, please kindly contact us should you have any questions with your sizing questions.
