Vestige Portraits: From 430 House
Photography has always been my way of connecting. As an introvert (and admittedly terrible at small talk), I often find comfort behind the lens. Through it, I get to listen—silently—to how someone carries themselves, how light finds them, how they express a kind of beauty that feels entirely their own.
Each portrait from that afternoon carries a small fragment of that energy. Our guests came dressed in pieces from Vestige Story or holding delicate florals by nevefloral—the same arrangements, but reflected differently through each person’s mood and movement. It’s a quiet reminder of why I design: clothing takes on new meaning when it becomes part of someone’s story.
Some faces were familiar, others new.
Looking back, the portraits are more than just documentation: they’re traces of a shared creative moment. Each person who walked through 430 House that day became part of that story, leaving behind something I’ll carry with me for a long time.
