An Intimate Chapter 01: A 10-Year Celebration at Full House
As the clock neared 2 p.m., guests began to arrive—designers, artists, writers, architects and professionals from Vancouver’s creative community. Together, they shared an afternoon of intentional design, quiet beauty, and meaningful connection.
Upon arrival, visitors were welcomed by our collaborators: floral artists from Celsia, Café 22 with their artisan coffee, and Misae Ogishima with her exquisite wagashi. From there, guests stepped into the garden, where the home tour began.
But this wasn’t just any home tour—it marked Vestige Story’s 10-year anniversary, graciously hosted by Full House. Traces of our journey could be found throughout the beautiful abode: the first floor showcased new designs from our slow fashion collection; the second displayed travel photography and original artwork by designer Aileen Lee; and the rooftop revealed our latest literary collaboration with The New Quarterly.
Every corner of this Leckie Studio–designed home came alive with creativity—from timeless treats to tactile textiles. It was a celebration of craft, community, and the stories woven into every fashion piece we make.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our incredible collaborators who made this event possible.
A modern West Coast home as our backdrop—complete with Café 22’s vintage Mini parked out front for the occasion.
Featured here are Monos luggages, the same carry-on Aileen used to hold her capsule Vestige wardrobe on a 4-month journey in Asia.
Edison, a creative who roasts his own beans, and Shirley, an architect who occasionally models for Vestige, brought warmth and artistry to the gathering.
Celsia joined us with their SONMAT floral bar—a custom experience where each guest received a hand-tailored arrangement, crafted with the same care and intuition that defines their floral design.
The moss-inspired treat reflected Vestige’s philosophy of time and transience, while the black cube paid homage to Full House’s modern architecture.
We unveiled a first look at our Odyssey silk scarf—its whimsical landscape painting drew many curious eyes. While not yet available to order, it offered a glimpse into the dreamlike world of our upcoming collection.
On the rooftop, twelve six-word stories from our writing competition with The New Quarterly invited guests to pause and read at their own pace—moments of quiet reflection beneath the open sky.
Around the home, archive samples of past Vestige pieces were displayed, tracing our evolution through the years—a study in slow design and enduring craft.
